Learning without limits

The original project brief was defined by a funding calculation that called for a 2-storey school including administration space, library, 9 standard classrooms, home economics and industrial arts classrooms, a science, and a half size gymnasium. The Community felt that the program defined by the funding process would not actually meet the community’s future needs. By attaching the school to the existing community recreation centre, DNA was able to provide the new school with a full size renovated gym in the existing community centre and 4 additional classrooms, a new music classrooom, and a large community space.

The school was designed to meet current energy efficient design standards and incorporates bright colours and extensive glazing to define a warm and inviting learning environment for students and the community.

The school is steel frame with modern durable finishes.

It’s in our DNA… Engagement. Respect. Expertise.
