This project has comprised design and planning for two 5 story multi-family residential buildings with 1, 2 and 3, bedroom units over grade level surface parking. The design explored reconfiguration of the site and adjacent Park to allow for creation of a Landscaped Linear Park with pedestrian trail between the property line of the site and existing adjacent homes effectively creating a 62’ buffer between them and the proposed new buildings.
