Leon Road Subdivision
Chehalis First Nation selected DNA to design a 64-lot subdivision to respond to the pent-up demand for on-reserve housing. Located on Chehalis IR 5, the subdivision site is approximately 13 hectares in size and was forested with second-growth Douglas Fir before construction.
The Leon Road Subdivision project included clearing and grubbing the area, the construction of paved roads, installation of a watermain, fire hydrants, and service connections. The project also included the construction of paved community walking paths to improve pedestrian safety in the community.
