Riverwalk Employee Housing

The Riverwalk employee housing is a 42-unit non-market townhouse complex designed and built for the Municipality of Whistler. The units are housed in six buildings grouped around a central mail kiosk and landscaping. The project was designed to fit into an otherwise single-family house neighbourhood, a short distance from the Village centre.

The housing was designed to have the traditional feel of Whistler chalet style homes so that this social housing project would fit into the context of the neighbouring single family home community.
