Squiala First Nation Comprehensive Community Plan
DNA worked with Squiala First Nation to develop their Comprehensive Community Plan (CCP), which includes a process for Chief and Council, staff and the community to identify new priorities and plans for the future. The CCP involved an intensive and inclusive community engagement program, including meetings with family groups, a community Open House, workshops and strategic planning sessions with Chief, Council and staff. The updated CCP is reflective of community priorities and aspirations, includes specific action plans, and provides a framework for implementation strategies and performance monitoring
