Walker Park Mews is a small 8 home market housing development sited in the Lonsdale Neighbourhood of North Vancouver. An important part of the Project Brief was to successfully rezone the sites to allow for redevelopment of the site with 8 town-house style units on a site that borders single family neighbourhoods. By working closely with the owner and municipality DNA was able to successfully rezone the site and obtain Development Permit Approval with a 12 month time period.
The multi-level houses were designed open plan living areas and a contemporary appearance that would appeal to young families. A landscaped courtyard negotiates the elevation change from the front to rear of the site.
