Xa'xtsa Firehall
The scope of work included the construction of a one story wood framed, slab-on-grade single bay Fire Hall. The building was constructed to the current National Building Code of Canada (NBCC 2015). The new 131 m2 (1,408 sq.ft.) fire hall building included a single apparatus bay, training/staff room with kitchenette, office, washroom with shower and mechanical closet.
The exterior site works included site grading, concrete pads, gravel parking and trucking area and backup generator complete with fence enclosure.
