Matsqui IR2 Subdivision
Matsqui First Nation was interested in building a new subdivision to provide more serviced lots for Band members interested in moving back to the community.
Matsqui First Nation selected DNA to provide design and construction engineering services to construct an 11-lot subdivision. The subdivision project scope of work consisted of installing a paved road, installing watermains and fire hydrants, installing a gravity sewer line, improving drainage (adding ditching), and installing power poles, street lighting, and gas lines.
At the same time that this subdivision project was constructed, DNA also provided architectural and project management services to Matsqui First Nation to design and build a Health Station and Multipurpose Building within this new subdivision.
